The tray sometimes does not return to the off position without a nudge, but mostly works great.

This slider tray solves a big problem with my ust projector and its placement in my living room.

Once I installed the slider, I was able to push my table all the way back up against the wall and not have it stick over a foot out into my living room.

The tray comes out when the projector turns on and slides back in when I turn it off. Both myself and my wife are much happier with this slider tray then we were without it.

This is the perfect device to extend my UST projector to the correct position for use. I love that it operates automatically when you turn the projector on or off. The motor is a bit loud, but since you aren't watching yet, it doesn't matter.

Installation and programming were pretty easy, but you will need to obtain better wall anchors than those provided if installing against drywall (I suspect that the high quality masonry anchors supplied will not be of much use to most). The shelf is 2.1 inches tall- information that is needed for planning the install, but not available online.
